Adrian Cattermole, Associate

Adrian has worked in the Restaurant Business for forty years and has a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of this complex industry.

Using that experience to focus on profitability, he has worked successfully with management in fine dining, banqueting, local restaurants, as well as take-away and outside catering. He also specialises in management accountancy and cost control with a practical understanding of day to day operations.

In his spare time, Adrian likes to write and is passionate about music.
