Main Course Associates’ clients range from talented chefs needing an injection of business know-how, to overseas investors looking for a foothold in the UK.


The Main Course Associates team consists of industry insiders with over 200 years of combined experience. We understand the pressures involved in operating a business in the hugely demanding hospitality industry – and know how to overcome them.


We’ll work in partnership with you to identify key areas of pressure, analyse how best to deal with them and then implement the changes to move you forwards.
