Roberto has spent his entire working life in the restaurant business. Over the past 30 years he has founded many successful restaurants around the world, including Macellaio RC, which has received numerous awards. He has been CEO and President of multinational companies and has been involved in many interesting start-ups. Thanks to his dedication to Italian cuisine, in May 2017, he became the first Genovese Gastronomic Ambassador. He was the winner of the “4 Restaurants” television competition. Like a true Italian, a passion for food is an integral part of his DNA. Many of his suppliers and customers have become very dear friends. In the UK, Roberto is a member of the Italian Chamber of Commerce.

He is passionate about food, music and in his spare time he loves spending time with his family and friends.
