Heather Landex, Associate


Heather Landex is a Food Safety Expert, with over 20 years’ experience in the Food Service Industry and almost 10 years in Environmental Health. Heather has worked with some of the World’s largest restaurant brands, international compliance companies, including the Olympic Games, in 8 countries, in over 1000 different food service businesses. Heather particularly enjoys and has a flare for training people and customer service. She has further developed and specialised into dietary preferences and allergy management with a brand, marketing edge.


When Heather is not working towards making the World a better place, she is enjoying her young family, in some adventurous, playful capacity.



With the expanding plant-based market and increasing prevalence of allergies and other dietary preferences, Heather’s current passion and focus is on helping food service businesses be more inclusive, safer and ultimately more competitive and successful by turning regulatory obligations into competitive advantages.
