Sofia Dimen, Associate

Sofia has over 25 years of experience within the hospitality and retail sectors with numerous senior roles. She works in operations including business process reengineering, menu development and engineering, change management and global franchising.

Her knowledge of food and beverage, operations, retail and logistics is sizeable. Working predominantly in multi-unit branded businesses over the last decade she has built and nurtured brands from start up to exit – as well as developing bespoke systems and processes required to deliver a high level of consistent results.

Sofia spends her spare time with her family, enjoys dining out and is an avid Rugby fan.
